had a very nice stay on vacation, everything was great. i booked a modern room with a mini-fridge, a ceiling fan, and an adjoining terrace, it was huge too. the location to get anywhere you want to get to on the island was great and lovely. i tried some drinks at bar the lord high admiral, located 5 minutes walk away.

Stunning and lovely location to everything on the island, met needs well. It was good to be 1 km away from Sparky's Grill, serving short-orders. The double room was new-fashioned with kings beds.

I had a fantastic stay on vacation at the Boathouse. the location was perfect, being very close to Marco Island's restaurants, beaches, and other amenities, as well as the Marco River. Plymouth Hoe was only 2 km away, making it conveniently accessible. the food at the café was incredible!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at The BoatHouse Motel. With only 20 rooms, it was very private and quiet. Our room looked out over the river into the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed watching egrets, herons, dolphins, pelicans, skimmers, and fish from the deck and dock. Tthe sunaet from the dock was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a real tropical feel to the room. This hotel is a real treasure. We would love to go there again!

The boat dock is best.

The Boathouse offers a fantastic variety of meal options. The building is neat and positioned in a stunning location, conveniently close to the Snook Inn, beautiful Tigertail Beach, and a scenic canal where you can enjoy views of the playful dolphins.

Big and huge rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service.

The location is peaceful and situated in a lovely area. the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. the food is tasty and satisfying. My king room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities, like a coffee maker, just as advertised.

I had a quite comfortable time at this hotel and would return there. The room itself was big and the venue was fairly clean. Location: the hotel was really close to shops & restaurants as well as the waterfront. The food was fantastic, fantastic service.

Cozy vibes all around! This place has a unique and stunning view of the harbor. the staff here went above and beyond with their service the whole time. 🌅

Rain, rain, rain. Room after 3 days of rain became way too small, not the fault of motel, but the area does not offer much when it is raining.

The staff here was excellent, and the location is wonderful; it's a fantastic place to finish off a trip.

The room was very nice and comfortable but prob needed a little updating.the potition was also good liked the idea that you could walk to local resaurants rather than going in the car would definatley recommend the boat house.

This place has modern and roomy accommodations with excellent amenities and stunning sunset views.

Our room had a nice tub 🛁. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was in a quiet, residential area right by the bay.
